Boru Meda General Hospital Receives National Recognition and 3 Million ETB Award

Boru Meda General Hospital has been nationally recognized by the Ministry of Health – Ethiopia for its outstanding healthcare services. The hospital received an award of ETB 3 million on August 4, 2021, during the 3rd EHAQ Cycle. This honor highlights the hospital’s commitment to delivering better care and improving health outcomes in the region.

Ethiopian Hospital Alliance for Quality (EHAQ) Award Grant 2017

In March 2016, Boru Meda Hospital was awarded a 5,000,000 Birr grant by the Federal Ministry of Health as part of the Ethiopian Hospital Alliance for Quality program. This grant recognizes the hospital’s exceptional performance in healthcare quality improvement, patient care, and operational standards.
