Description
Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) is a critical component of healthcare quality and patient safety. This training provides comprehensive education on how infections occur, how they spread, and the standardized procedures and best practices to minimize the risk of healthcare-associated infections (HAIs).

Participants will learn how to properly implement hand hygiene protocols, use personal protective equipment (PPE), sterilize medical tools, manage isolation precautions, handle biomedical waste, and respond to outbreaks like COVID-19 or hospital-acquired infections such as MRSA or C. difficile.

By the end of the course, participants will understand how to create and maintain a safe and clean environment that reduces the risk of cross-contamination and infection transmission.
